Drinking Water App

Hooray! I’ve found a tool that has really helped with my water intake. Before the Drinking Water app, I was lucky to drink one glass of water per day. I’ve been using the app on my phone for the past 7 days and during that time I’ve had 48 cups of water! 48!!

You simply program how many cups you want to drink each day, the starting time, and the time you want to be finished. Then it periodically reminds you throughout the day to drink. Simple as that.

As a busy mom, I’m always taking care of others. I love that this handy little app sends reminders for me to take care of myself.
