Weekly Sweat Report 2/27 - 3/5

S 30 min fast mall walking with favorite stores at the end as a reward

M 36 min walk around our neighborhood 1.7 miles, I had a bad cold thankfully GBD made us go!

T 25 min of The Biggest Loser Challenge for Wii

W 1.5 hours of slow walking around the Zoo

T 30 min fast mall walking with favorite stores at the end

  1. Good for you on the weight loss! I have not lost anything! Well, honestly-I lost 4 lbs in 18 months of consistent workouts(talk about SLOW progress), and then gained 6 from Thanksgiving to Christmas b/c I couldn't squeeze in as much exercise. I have lost the extra 2 lbs, but I still have the 4 that I had worked so hard to lose. I'm trying to come to grips with the fact that my body just might stay this weight and focus on being healthy and exercising for stress relief, rather than weight loss. I love this idea!
